I was thrilled with the complimentary parking, a HUGE plus! the central location made getting around easy. the heated pool and hot tub were fantastic. I used them every day!
There was only one working sometimes. this made getting to my room a bit of a wait at times.

The location was really convenient to reach many restaurants. The staff at the front desk was quite helpful. I also appreciated that there was a trolley stop very close to the hotel for easy access.

My family and I stayed in a Club Level One-Bedroom Suite Two Queen Beds City View No Resort Fee. The room was very spacious. Breakfast was good and offered many options. The rooftop pizza and drinks were very good too.

The hotel included podgrzewane baseny, free wine, beer and snacks on sky bar, internet bardzo dobry. There was also a beautiful lake view from the breakfast area and the rooms. Free parking was available.

Most of the staff were cute and helpful to guest. Hilda and the sky lounge staff was helpful. The reception staff were great. The staff made sure the room are clean.

The hotel has a convenient location with smaller attractions around. The king suite was large. It had ample room for storing suitcases out of the way but kept them accessible.
The room was not cleaned properly, and it was in a bit of disrepair. The air conditioner. I personally did not sleep well because of these banging noises.
